This layer exists outside power plant operations and does not interfere with tariffs, billing, or regulation.

Participation within the NEXT ecosystem is eligibility based.

Eligibility determines access to system features and persists only while the required conditions are met.

Electricity is a non-retentive commodity. Once a bill is paid, the relationship typically ends.

NEXT introduces continuity by linking electricity use to ongoing system participation.

Electricity rebates, where applicable, are provided through the NEXT system layer.

They are not provided by power plants and do not affect electricity pricing or tariffs.

Because eligibility depends on continued participation, the system naturally creates demand and retention.

Long term engagement is driven by structure, not promotion.

NEXT is not equity and does not represent ownership in any energy asset or power plant.

Participation operates under predefined system rules and eligibility conditions.
